Welcome on website chorusspa.com (“Website”).

The Website is owned by ChorusWellness S.r.l., with registered office in Via Andrea Moretti, 34, 24124 – Bergamo, Companies Register – Tax Code – VAT No. 04855570166, REA of Bergamo No. 494321 (“ChorusWellness” or the “Company”).

The Website hosts texts, images, videos and other informational content as well as a reserved area where users may create an account to access certain services (“Services”), including the purchase of access passes to the ChorusWellness Immersive SPA.

  1. ACCESS AND USE OF THE WEBSITE
    • Access to and use of the Website by users, as well as the purchase of access passes and other services available from time to time, are governed by these general terms and conditions of sale and use (the “General Conditions”).
    • Users are allowed to access the Website and the Materials, as defined in Article 3 below, to view news and/or information published on the Website and to access the available service offers and access passes. The Website is intended for private use, for the user’s personal and non-commercial purposes.
    • The Company may modify or update, in whole or in part, the General Conditions at any time. Amendments and updates to the General Conditions shall become effective and binding as soon as they are published on the Website in this section. Users are therefore invited to check the most recent and updated version of the General Conditions of the Website, which indicate at the bottom the version number and date of update.
    • The Company declines all responsibility for any damages resulting from inaccessibility of the Website and/or for other damages due to causes not attributable to the Company and not reasonably foreseeable by the Company, including but not limited to network malfunctions, unauthorized access, and failure and/or malfunction of the user’s electronic equipment.
    • The Company reserves the right, at any time, to suspend access to the Website for maintenance purposes.
  2. REGISTRATION TO THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES
    • With the exception of sections of the Website intended solely for informational purposes and accessible as a “guest”, in order to use the Services offered through the Website (in particular, for the purchase of access passes to the Immersive SPA and other services available from time to time), prior creation of an account is required. The user chooses the credentials to be used for accessing the Website during the registration process. They must be kept with utmost care and attention, may only be used by the user, and may not be transferred to third parties. The user undertakes to keep them confidential, to ensure that no third party gains access to them, and to immediately inform ChorusWellness if they suspect or become aware of improper use or disclosure. Alternatively, the user may access the Website through one of the social login systems made available by ChorusWellness.
  3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
    • The contents of the Website, such as, by way of example, trademarks, domain names and any other distinctive signs, texts, images, photographs, dialogues, music, sounds, videos, Services and any other material, in any format, published on the Website, the web pages, Website design and software (the “Materials”), are the exclusive property of Chorus Life Wellness or licensed for use to it, and are protected by intellectual property laws.
    • Any use of the Materials other than as permitted under these General Conditions is prohibited. By way of example and not limitation, it is not permitted, in any form and/or by any means, in whole or in part, to carry out any of the following activities concerning the Website, the Services and/or the Materials: reproduce, publish, disclose, transmit, make available to the public, distribute, modify the Website and/or the Materials, perform scraping activities of the Materials, create and/or use derivative works of the Website, the Services and/or the Materials, unless prior written consent has been obtained from the Company and other rights holders indicated by it. Downloading or copying, where authorized in writing by ChorusWellness, does not grant the user any right or title to the Materials.
  4. LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES
    • The Website may contain hyperlinks (so-called links) to other websites – including sponsored links, banners and advertisements – which have no connection with the Website or with ChorusWellness. The latter cannot be held responsible for the content of such websites and the rules adopted by them, including with regard to the processing of users’ personal data during browsing. ChorusWellness therefore provides no guarantee and/or makes no representation and/or assumes no responsibility in relation to such links and/or third-party websites and/or their content and/or any damages arising from their use. The user is solely and exclusively responsible for accessing other websites via links present on the Website.
  5. PURCHASE OF SERVICES AND VOUCHERS
    • Through the Website, users may purchase Immersive SPA services and vouchers. The purchase and use of services and vouchers, as available from time to time, are governed not only by these General Conditions but also by specific conditions, as indicated from time to time on the Website during the purchase procedure (including the regulations for access to the Immersive SPA premises, hereinafter the “Regulations”).
    • Tickets for access to the Immersive SPA are personal and non-transferable to third parties.
    • The price paid for access to the Immersive SPA will not be reduced in the event of temporary closure or any malfunctions affecting individual areas or facilities of the Immersive SPA on the day of access.
    • Payment must be made using a valid payment method accepted on the Website.
    • Any payment processing service available on the Website is provided by a third-party payment service provider, and any purchase may be subject to the terms and conditions of such third-party provider. ChorusWellness does not provide any payment processing services.
    • The currently available payment methods are debit cards.
    • By clicking on “Pay now” (or a similar button indicating payment obligation), the user places an order for the purchase of the services of the Immersive SPA or vouchers, as available from time to time.
    • If the order is successful, the contract shall be deemed concluded at the moment the user receives a confirmation email from ChorusWellness containing the relevant details.
    • The user acknowledges that they are fully aware that products or treatments (including, but not limited to, essential oils, aromatic essences, cosmetic products and room fragrances) may be used on the premises, which could cause reactions in sensitive individuals.
  6. ACCESS TO AND STAY AT THE IMMERSIVE SPA
    • ChorusWellness reserves the right to refuse access to the Immersive SPA to any user if circumstances exist that could compromise the safety or well-being of the facility or other guests. In such cases, any sums already paid will be refunded.
    • Access to the Immersive SPA is not permitted:
      (a) to persons under the age of 18; those aged 16 or over may enter provided they are accompanied by at least one parent or guardian;
      (b) to anyone suffering from illnesses or conditions that may contraindicate the use of the facilities, such as infectious diseases, infections, open wounds, pre-existing medical conditions (including, but not limited to: heart disease, high blood pressure, epilepsy, chronic respiratory problems), or to anyone under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other intoxicating substances;
      (c) to pregnant women;
      (d) to animals of any kind or size.
    • Once you have entered the facility, you are not permitted to leave and re-enter the Immersive SPA using the same ticket. In the event of a no-show or arrival more than 30 minutes late from the booked time, no refund will be given.
    • The time included in the Immersive SPA admission ticket begins at the booked time, with a maximum grace period of 30 minutes. Your visit is considered to have ended when you pass through the Immersive SPA exit turnstile; any time exceeding that included in the admission ticket will be charged at a rate of €15.00 per hour.
    • Upon entry to the Immersive SPA, a personal electronic wristband is issued. In the event of loss, any usage recorded on the account linked to the electronic wristband will be charged, as well as the cost of the device (€50.00).
    • Failure to use the services included in the admission ticket at the Immersive SPA does not entitle the user to a refund.
    • Treatments at the Immersive SPA require a booking. In the event of a delay, the duration of the treatment will be reduced in proportion to the length of the delay so as not to disrupt subsequent appointments. Should the user behave inappropriately or in a manner unsuitable for the setting during the treatment, the operator is entitled to terminate the service immediately, without the user being entitled to any refund.
  7. USE OF PREMISES, CONDUCT AND LIABILITY
    • ChorusWellness accepts no liability for items lost, left behind or stolen within the Immersive SPA.
    • Access to technical rooms and areas reserved exclusively for staff is prohibited. ChorusWellness accepts no liability for accidents occurring to guests in such areas.
    • It is forbidden to handle or tamper with tools, equipment or systems intended exclusively for staff use or otherwise not intended for use by guests. ChorusWellness accepts no liability for accidents resulting from a breach of this prohibition and reserves the right in all cases to seek compensation for any damage suffered.
    • Obscene, harassing, aggressive, disrespectful or dangerous behaviour, as well as being under the influence of alcohol, will result in immediate exclusion from the Immersive SPA, without entitlement to any refund and with charges applied for any services used.
    • ChorusWellness is not liability for any injury or damage, whether personal or material, suffered by guests or caused by them to themselves or to third parties, arising from failure to comply with the Regulations, improper use of the facilities, or negligence, imprudence or incompetence. Any damage caused to the premises, furnishings or facilities of the premises will be charged to the person responsible. Failure to comply with the Regulations may result in immediate exclusion from the premises, without entitlement to any refund and with charges for any services used.
  8. WITHDRAWAL
    • The user has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days. This right does not apply to purchases of vouchers or other services available at Immersive SPA for a specific date or period. This means that the right of withdrawal applies only in the case of the purchase of vouchers or other types of service that cannot be used on a specific date.
    • The withdrawal period, where applicable, expires 14 days after purchase.
    • To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user may:
      (i) inform us of their decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an explicit statement, such as a letter sent by post or email. For this purpose, the user may use the standard withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory;
      (ii) for contracts concluded from 19 June 2026 onwards, use the “online withdrawal function” available from that date in the section of the reserved area of the Website. In this case, the user will receive an email confirming receipt of the withdrawal request, its content, and the date and time of its transmission.
    • To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the user to send the notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
    • If the user withdraws from the contract, ChorusWellness will refund the user all payments made by them, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from the choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by ChorusWellness), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which ChorusWellness was informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract. Such refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the user for the initial transaction, unless the user has expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, the user shall not incur any costs as a result of such refund.
    • In cases where the right of withdrawal does not apply—that is, for services booked on the Website and to be used on a specific date and/or time—the user is still entitled to cancel their purchase by midnight on the day before the booked date, thereby avoiding being charged or receiving a refund of the prepaid amount.
      To modify or cancel your reservation:
      (i) Log in to your personal account on the Official Chorus Wellness Portal to manage your booking.
      (ii) Contact the front desk directly by phone at +39 035 008 7250 or via email at info@chorusspa.com to request a timely cancellation.
    • In the event of the Customer’s failure to arrive at the agreed date and time (“no-show”), or if the reservation is canceled after the cancellation deadline, the deposit paid will not be refunded and will be retained as a penalty. If the service or package has been paid in full in advance, no refund will be due, and the amount paid will be retained in full by the Provider.

        I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods/services:


         
    • APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
      • These General Conditions are governed by Italian law.
      • For any dispute relating to these General Conditions involving a consumer, the competent court shall be that of the consumer’s place of residence or habitual domicile. For all other disputes arising in connection with the interpretation, execution and validity of these General Conditions, the Court of Milan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
